Three mechanisms with different jobs
SPF specifies which servers are allowed to send mail for a domain. DKIM adds a digital signature to messages, while DMARC connects these mechanisms and defines how receiving systems should handle messages that fail authentication checks.
Correct configuration helps reduce sender spoofing and gives domain owners better visibility into who is sending on their behalf. It cannot guarantee inbox placement, but it provides an important foundation for trustworthy and secure business email.
