WHAT IS THE IMPACT ON YOUR SERVICE?
There will be a short Internet connectivity interruption to the server that you are hosted due to to the virtual routers being restarted in sequence. This will trigger a switch over to the backup router and will cause a short interruption. In short, for a small timeframe within the scheduled maintenance window mentioned above, your website, email, ftp etc will not function as expected.
